Kenan Evren
Turkish general. He lead the coup d' ètat in September 12 1980. After the coup, in 1982, he became president of Turkey. He ruled the country with an iron fist for a few years. He had great admiration for the founder of Turkey, Ataturk. However, he was widely believed to be a lesser person as a military man, or leader due to the many verbal gaffes he has made. This has put him on a list with George W. Bush and Dan Quayle in the history of rulers.
